. . . Low pressure offshore and then Tropical Storm Alberto currently off the South Carolina coast, should both move past Southern New England as a cool front presses in from the Great Lakes mid-week. After that, expect a warm and humid end to the week into next weekend.

SUNDAY EVENING: Stars, clouds, seasonable. Low: 50-55.

MONDAY: Hazy, mostly cloudy, some showers possible, particularly in the afternoon and/or evening, but a few may pop up earlier. Humid. High: 60-65 coast, 65-70 inland.

MONDAY NIGHT: Cloudy, more humid, few showers possible, some fog. Low: mid 50's.

TUESDAY: A.M. shower, some midday hazy sun possible, few more afternoon showers possible as well, humid. High: 67 coast, 72 inland.

WEDNESDAY: A.M. fog, hazy, muggy, afternoon or evening rain shower or t-storm possible. High: mid 70's inland, 70 coast.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY: Hazy sun, warm, humid. High: low 80's inland, mid 70's coast.

SATURDAY: Hazy sun, warmer, more humid, chance pop-up afternoon shower or t-storm. High: 80's inland, 70's coast.

SUNDAY: Clearing, sunny, drier, more comfortable, cooler. High: mid 70's.
