Seekonk’s Jon Blais is the true definition of an ironman.
He's defied all odds and lived long enough to see his dreams finally come true.
And while Blais will not be at Sunday's Amica Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island Triathlon, he will be there in the hearts of many.
