The town of Westport has decided to paint over some murals painted by high school students.
Workers at the Town Hall Annex complained that the hallways were too dark and needed to have a lighter paint job.
Town officials approved the project, which will include painting over three murals painted by Diman Vocational students 16 years ago.
The Herald News reported that photos of the murals will be taken and hung on the walls.
