Westport receives grant for Irene repairs

WESTPORT, Mass. --

The town of Westport receives a grant to help repair damage from Tropical Storm Irene.

The town could receive up to $350,000 to cover costs associated with repairs along East Beach Road, which was hit hard by the storm.

The grant was provided by the Federal Highway Administration.
