A local pastry chef is up for a national honor.
Food & Wine is holding a competition to name the best new pastry chef in America.
Melissa Denmark of Gracie’s is one of the 50 that are nominated.
You can vote for her online at the magazine’s website until Tuesday night.
The winner will be featured in an upcoming article and will attend an event in Aspen.
