A Cape Cod man was charged Saturday with his sixth count of driving under the influence.
Police stopped 50-year-old David O'Connor, of East Falmouth, in Westport after someone reported his truck was swerving all over Route 6 in Dartmouth.
Officers caught up to him at a liquor store where he told police he hadn't had a license for about 20 years.
Police said open containers were found inside the truck.
