A former Chariho School Committee member, charged under the state's social host law, is due back in court Thursday.
Allegedly, a group of teenagers were drinking on Terri Serra's property. Following that alleged incident, four teens were seriously injured in a car crash in Charlestown.
Serra is also accused of failing to render aid at the scene of that crash.
Serra says she is not guilty.
