Warwick police have arrested a man for pointing a green laser beam at a plane landing at T.F. Green airport.
Joseph Aquino of that city is charged with disorderly conduct.
The FBI is charging him with interfering with an aircraft.
Wednesday, a continental airline pilot said he saw a green laser beam aimed at him as he tried to land.
The pilot told police he thought it came from the Oakland Beach seawall.
Police say they searched the area and found Acquino with the laser.
