A second suspect has been charged in the theft of about a dozen manhole covers in Cranston.
Police arrested 36-year-old Donald DeLuca on Thursday in connection with the thefts.
On Tuesday, 32-year-old Ryan Yeadon was arrested at a metal recycling facility in Johnston with eight manhole covers in the back of his pickup truck and charged with receiving stolen goods worth more than $500.
Police said 10 to 14 manhole covers were lifted from Cranston streets. They cost as much as $350 to replace.
