WARWICK, R.I. -- State police charged a Warwick man with possession of child pornography.
State police arrested Russell Smith of Peace Street on Friday afternoon.
Smith was processed at the Lincoln Woods barracks, arraigned before a justice of the peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance. He was ordered to have no contact with children and no use of computers.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Computer Crimes Unit and ICE.
