Man accused of robbing bank

North Providence police are looking for a man they said robbed a bank on Thursday.

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- North Providence police are looking for a man they said robbed a bank on Thursday.

Police said the man came into the Pawtucket Credit Union on 1617 Mineral Spring Ave. and presented a bank clerk with a note.

The man fled the scene with an undetermined amount of money. The man was last seen running north on Lee Avenue.

Police said the man is in his 30s, with dark hair. He's about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs between 150 and 170 pounds.

Police said the man was wearing glasses, black jeans, a black jacket, and a black baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call North Providence police.
