Students have recipe to restore historic diner

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- There's a new addition to Smithfield High School: a historic diner from the 1930s that needs a lot of work.

The project will have students cooking, in more ways that one, for years to come.

NBC's R.J. Heim reports.
