The Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence said it will close two more schools at the end of the academic year because of declining enrollment.
St. Francis of Assisi School in Warwick is one of the schools shutting down.
School officials said St. Francis needed a minimum of 150 students to keep the doors open. The school had an enrollment of 190 students 10 years ago, but only 91 students were registered for next year.

The Bread of Life School will close its St. Ann campus in Providence. The move is being made to consolidate resources and save cash.
The school will continue to operate at other locations in Providence and Central Falls.
The diocese announced two weeks ago that Christ the Redeemer School in West Warwick and St. Brendan's School in East Providence would close.
The diocese said it's working to help displaced teachers from those schools find employment.
