PROVIDENCE -- Mayor David Cicilline on Thursday unveiled his plan to improve and enhance the city's public transportation system.
After a year-long study, experts have come up with a plan to build a better intermodal system.
The goal is to support economic development in the capital city, while protecting the environment.
The plan includes new, more energy efficient buses and trolleys.
