Mass. Question 1 focuses on state income tax

In Massachusetts, Question 1, on the ballot next week, puts the issue of the state income tax in the hands of the voters.

If approved, the measure would get rid of the tax over two years, and eliminate 40 percent of state revenues in the process. NBC 10's Dan Jaehnig has more.
