Police say Miss Teen Louisiana, Lindsey Evans, skipped out on a $46 restaurant tab, however, she was kind enough to leave her purse behind.
Police arrested Evans when she went back to claim her purse. The restaurant bill was the least of her troubles however.
While police were looking for her ID they found marijuana in the 19-year-old's handbag.
