Billboard has added advantage

We hear much about Rhode Island's competitive disadvantages with neighboring states -- whether it's taxes or energy costs or infrastructure deficiencies.

General Treasurer Frank Caprio has launched a campaign to heighten awareness of a sales tax advantage of Rhode Island's.

NBC 10's Bill Rappleye reports that it may help the state and it may also help Caprio's career.
