The Rhode Island Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is committed to ending companion animal and feral cat overpopulation by providing high quality, subsidized spay and neuter services.

The vision of the clinic is to end the need to euthanize healthy, adoptable dogs and cats by reducing the number of dogs and cats that enter the State’s shelters. It is the Ocean State Animal Coalition's belief that through prevention (spay and neuter) and public education, it can save lives.
