A new poll claims that America's most congested cities are also home to the rudest people.
Travel and Leisure Magazine says Los Angles, California, has the rudest residents.
Coming in second on the list is New York City, followed by Philadelphia, Miami and Washington, DC.
Providence wasn't left out of the list, Rhode Island's capital city came in 18th.
The rankings were based on reader's responses and personal experiences.
