PROVIDENCE -- It's was all about our four-legged friends at the Rhode Island Convention Center this weekend.

The 17th Annual Rhode Island Pet Expo was in full swing. The event featured many activities.

For dog lovers there was an obedience training demonstration by the Obedience Training Club of Rhode Island as well as a demonstration of AKC Pure Bred Dogs presented by the Providence County Kennel Club and the Rhode Island Kennel Club as well as agility demonstrations.

There was even a petting zoo, featuring farm animals in the big city.

And for cat lovers it was the International Cat Association's Cat show, drawing competitors from across the country.
