Makes 1 wrap
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
1/2 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounce chicken breast, grilled, warm or cold
2 tablespoons corn & black bean salsa
Optional:
1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon guacamole
Method of Preparation:
1. Place tortilla between damp paper towels and heat in microwave for 15 seconds to soften.
2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over bottom half of tortilla. Top with chicken, salsa, and optional ingredients, if using.
3. Roll up, tucking in edges. Cut in half and serve.
