this is one of the most horrible things I have seen. I have a dog and this piece of s%it deserves anything that happens to him. I am happy that he was caught. I wish him a long painfull existance in this life, and may his actions haunt him for the rest of that life.
The world is regressing more and more toward barbarism. This is only one example of it. What this guy did will be revisited on him many times—count on it!
