There was plenty of music to be heard at Cranston High School East where 11 New England schools competed in the Thunderbolt Invitational Marching Band Show.
Portsmouth was one of three schools in Rhode Island and decided to go with a “Thriller”-themed performance.
Cranston East, which hosted the event, also participated and put on quite a show for the hometown crowd.
However, Blackstone-Millville Regional High School took home the first-place trophy.
