BOSTON—The Boston Celtics have traded center Patrick O’Bryant to Toronto as part of a three-team deal that sent guard Will Solomon to Sacramento.

The Celtics said Thursday they will get a future conditional second-round draft pick from Sacramento in exchange for cash considerations.

The 7-foot, 249-pound O’Bryant played in 26 games for the Celtics, averaging 1.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 4.2 minutes per game. He had a season-high five points, four rebounds and three blocks in a 108-63 victory over Sacramento on Dec. 28.

He was the ninth overall pick in the 2006 NBA draft from Bradley.
