Rep. Kennedy places condolence books around RI
Published: September 1, 2009
PROVIDENCE—The week after the death of his father, Rep. Patrick Kennedy has placed condolence books at the Rhode Island State House and every city and town hall in his congressional district so that constituents may pay tribute to the late senator.
A spokeswoman for the Rhode Island Democrat says the books were provided by the congressman because his office had received several requests from mayors and constituents for a way to remember his father, Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass.
The elder Kennedy died last week at his home on Cape Cod after a battle with brain cancer. He was 77.
The books will be displayed at the State House Rotunda and in cities and towns in the 1st District, which covers the eastern part of the state from Woonsocket south to Newport, until Sept. 15.

I wish I could clip the photo of a funeral car going over the same bridge that Mary Jo went over.
Camelot is over Patches; you now have to swim on your own.
I didn’t have respect for Teddy Boy when he was alive, respect for Teddy Boy does not increase because he died…
