Moreau re-elected mayor of Central Falls

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I.—Incumbent Mayor Charles Moreau won a fourth term against newcomer Hipolito Fontes on Tuesday night.
Moreau won by a 3-to-1 margin.
Fontes needed an American Civil Liberties Union-sponsored lawsuit to get on the ballot.
Because of a 2008 charter change, Moreau will serve a four-year term not two years.
