Rhode Island is one of seven states that does not regulate locksmiths.

One state lawmaker is looking to change that.

Another attempt to squeeze money out of people.  Perhaps if we were to target just lawmakers with extra taxes.  We should charge lawmakers a stupidity fee, a liars fee and after charging the fee we will tax it, and surtax it, then add on a $1.50 technology fee Rhode Island will soon be out of the red.
