Lang wins re-election in New Bedford

New Bedford Mayor Scott Lang easily turned back challenger Fernando Coelho on Tuesday night to win his third term as mayor.
Lang received 8,429 votes or 75 percent of the vote. Coelho received 2,865 votes or 25 percent of the vote.
More than 11,000 voters turned out to cast ballots.
