Rapp Session Question Of The Week

Here's a fresh one for us to rap about: A federal court has overturned the convictions of two officials from Roger Williams Medical Center.

They were the first convictions, after former state Sen. John Celona, under the Operation Dollar Bill investigation.

It's been a couple of years and we've heard about at least seven crooks on Smith Hill, but the U.S. attorney and his investigators have so far not told us anything we haven't already read in the paper or reported on NBC 10 News.
