Computers Stolen From Catholic School Office
PROVIDENCE - Computers containing personnel information were stolen from the Catholic Schools Office, the Diocese of Providence said Friday.
The diocese said information related to parents and students was not stored on the computers.
According to the diocese, someone shattered a window in the school office and broke through two locked doors to get to the computers. Providence police are investigating the incident.
The diocese sent a letter notifying current and former employees of the stolen computers.
