Woman found hurt in middle of RI street

PAWTUCKET - Pawtucket police are investigating the death of a woman who was found severely injured and lying in the middle of a city street.
Police say the woman was spotted on West Avenue just after 7 p.m. Tuesday. She was unconscious and suffering from major leg injuries. She died on the way to the hospital.
Her name was not immediately released.
Police are not saying whether or not the death is a hit-and-run because the case of death remains under investigation.

There are typos all over this website…it’s really terrible. One article spelled Halloween as “Holloween”.
