Twin River has been ordered to pay overtime to a group of nonunion workers for Sundays already worked.

The state Department of Labor and Training ruling affects about 60 workers at the Lincoln slot parlor who complained in January.

Twin River’s bankruptcy filing delayed this week’s ruling.
