Tiverton man loses license in fatal motorcycle crash

A Tiverton man was ordered Thursday to give up his driver’s license for his involvement in a fatal crash.

Joseph Beirola appeared before a judge in Newport. Police said Beirola lost control of his bike in June. Janet Vaillancourt, who was a passenger, was thrown from the bike and killed.

Beirola’s lawyer argued his client needs his license to get to work, which includes snow plowing.

The judge said the issue could be reconsidered but at a later date.

His snake of a lawyer is crying he needs his license to get to work. At least he’s alive to go to work. He was driving drunk killed his passenger and all he gets is lose of his license. What is wrong with this picture? No wonder we have so many deaths due to drunk driving.
