NEW BEDFORD, Mass.—Teen pregnancy rates in two SouthCoast areas have raised concern.

Officials said the teen pregnancy rates in New Bedford and Fall River are three times the state average.

NBC 10’s Brian Crandall reports.

Unfortunately some parents do not care.  It is far more easier to agree with the demands of our children, than to argue with them and put down strict rules.  And even more unfortunately, our teachers are totally apathetic to the needs of teens.  They just do their job and get the heck out.  And for this every year they ask for more, and more….

Lol, I agree. Why is everyone turning into such skanks lately…. oh wait…probably b/c the world is laced with strip clubs, porn and everything else. How can we expects kids to learn what’s right?

Yes, i think teen pregnancy should be cause for concern.  I’m concerned, why should I pay taxes to support these cheap ladies?  I should not.  Put them to work in factories and let them see how hard the rest of us work on our feet while they are on their backs.
