Teen murder suspect to be tried as an adult

PROVIDENCE - A 16-year-old murder suspect from Rhode Island has been moved from the jurisdiction of Family Court and is now being prosecuted as an adult.

Somesack “Sunny” Phonepraseuth is charged with murder; carrying a firearm without a license; carrying a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence, death resulting; and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Authorities say Phonepraseuth fatally shot 19-year-old Jeffrey Lopez and wounded 19-year-old Carlos Javier last June.

Police say the shooting occurred after the victims bumped into a group of people standing on the sidewalk.

Gee I wonder if he wears back makeup and a dress and was a chattering kind of person??? Lift heavy bolders for the rest of your life. I agree the parents are probaly out in left field…

And i bet he bought that gun at a gun store !!!Criminals don,t buy gun,s in stores. Like us upstanding flag waving americans.So why keep passing gun laws that punnish us?This ain,t rockit science .You know what really fries my bacon the mother on the new,s saying he is such a good boy. Then what was he doing with a gun at his age!And where the heck was she? YOU DID A REALLY GOOD JOB RAISING THIS ONE !So the reast of you mothers and fathers wake up befor this happens to you.

Since that dude thinks he should shoot people for bumping into him, he should be shot for having a name like that.
