Teen faces gun charge

PROVIDENCE—A 16 year old teenager faces two felony gun counts in Providence.
Police say they spotted the teen and two others walking along Bath and Orms streets Wednesday afternoon.

One officer noticed the teen allegedly holding something. Upon confrontation and pat-down, the officers found a loaded .22 caliber gun.
Investigators think the teen is associated with one of the city’s Asian gangs.
