SUV rolls over in Rehoboth

REHOBOTH, Mass.—An 18-year-old driver faces charges, after flipping his SUV over in Rehoboth Sunday afternoon.

Police say four teens were riding in the vehicle near the Crestwood Country Club at about 3:30 p.m.

The driver told police he tried to avoid an animal on Wheeler Street and veered into someone’s yard .

Police say the red Toyota then went out of control and flipped over on its roof.

All the teens were wearing seat belts and no injuries were reported.

The 18-year-old driver is charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Luckily, they were all wearing seat belts.  I know a great many teenagers do not like to wear them.  Hope all is well.
