Smithfield, Franklin reschedule fireworks

The town of Smithfield has postponed a fireworks display that was scheduled for Thursday night in Deerfield Park.
The display has been rescheduled for Monday night.
Officials in Franklin told NBC 10 that the town’s fireworks display has been moved to Monday at 10 p.m.

Things get rescheduled all the time. A fireworks display gets rescheduled from one non-holiday to another non-holiday. So what. If it were rescheduled from the 4th you’d have something to complain about!

Be nice. Everything is political. This country is divided like only one other time in its history, so yes, even fireworks displays are a hot button issue.
