WARWICK, R.I. – A pilot is safe after a hard landing at T.F. Green Airport.
Officials told NBC 10 News that a small plane landed on its belly just after 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The pilot called into the tower alerting aviation officials of a fuel problem with the plane. The plane landed without gear.
When emergency crews arrived, the plane had minimal damage and the pilot refused medical attention.
The pilot’s name was not made available.
