Seal gets released back into the wild
MYSTIC, Conn. - The Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration released its first seal of the year in Rhode Island.
A young, female harp seal was released at Blue Shutters Beach in Charlestown.
The seal was rescued in early February by the Department of Marine Resources in Maine and was treated for dehydration by the Seal Rescue Clinic.
