Scientists develop low-fat burger

Scientists in Argentina have developed a new hamburger with 20 percent less fat. The burger boast just 10 percent fat compared the usual 30 percent.   

Researchers replaced some of the animal fat with fish oils, giving the burger the same taste and look of a regular fast food patty, but with less fat, salt and more nutrition.

Although fish oils are considered healthy, aren’t they still lipids? How did the use of these oils reduce the fat content by 20%
