A special honor was presented today to NBC 10 Health Check Reporter Barbara Morse Silva.
Barbara was recognized at the Kent Center’s annual Community Spirit Awards breakfast—receiving the media champion award for her role in raising mental health awareness over the years.
Others receiving recognition included Lt. Gov. Elizabeth Roberts, the Rhode Island National Guard and Michael Ryan of National Grid.
