A Bristol teacher accused of driving drunk has been suspended with pay, according to the Bristol Phoenix.
Kathleen Borgia, a second-grade teacher at Colt Andrews Elementary School, was charged on Monday.
She pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to be back in court on Oct. 9 on a probation violation.
Borgia was fired last year but was reinstated on a union arbitration case over the objection of some parents.
