FALL RIVER, Mass.—A Fall River restaurant damaged by fire this past June won’t re-open until at least the end of this month.

The owners of the Oriental Chow Mein Noodle Company told the Herald News that work on the building is behind schedule.

The restaurant on Eighth Street was gutted June 18 after a small fire ignited inside a fryolator.

The company produced more than 2,000 pounds of noodles a day for supermarkets around the country and in Chinese restaurants.

This business is NOT a restaurant.  It is a food shop similar to a market.  Turn to 10 ought to check their stories more closely.

We here in Fall River are still looking forward to the reopening, however.
