MLW71 why do you write if you don’t care.  I bet there are people that would think you are a weirdo too.  Who are you to judge.  What was so weird about him, because he had a alot of animals.  A pet monkey, wow that makes someone a weirdo. and all the other stupid things people come up with who cares.  He’s a person.

Of course he should be held accountable.  He is a doctor and should no better.  So doctor’s can just go around giving people as many drugs as they want and if it ends up being fatal o well.  But if this was your child or relative you would have an entirely different view.  I don’t understand peoples logic.  Yes he’s human but come on he’s a PROFESSIONAL.  Of course it was an accident but regardless he still commited a crime.

He should be held responsible concidering he is a doctor and never ever should have been administering any kind of drugs especially using IVs outside of hospital environment where any mistake could have been caught by another health care worker. There are rules and regulations set out to counter mistakes like this, and he followed none of them. He should not only be held liable but also lose his license and go to prison. Even if Micheal paid him an X amount of money still does not constitute such practrice. Sad loss of life.

It seems like there is no such thing as an accident anymore. Dr. Murray administered the drugs, but the intent to kill was not there. So he should not be held criminally responsible.
