Route 99-146 before you get on 295, there are CRATERS, at least 1 car a day with a blow out sitting on the side of road

The stretch of Hope Road in Cranston beginning with 7 Mile Road and ending at Mystery Farms. It is beyond dangerous.

Main Avenue in Warwick, right as you are about to pass by the Airport, my car actually made a sound like my tire popped as I was bouncing!!!!(please fix it!?)

The stretch of 117 in Coventy heading on the southbound side.  It is completely destroying cars.  Rescues and Fire App. can not get down the road properly when heading to and from calls.  This needs to be fixed.

Re: Branch Avenue- the stretch from Route 146 to the intersection with Douglas Avenue is particularly bad along the Right shoulder.

In Cranston: Mapleton Avenue after passing Daniel D. Waterman school, just after the 2nd Stop sign (after the road curves).
