Police arrested 19-year-old Emanuel Baptista, of Pawtucket, on Friday.
Police said they were contacted by Hasbro Children’s Hospital on Thursday after medical staff believed the baby girl they were treating was abused.

give him to craig price he needs a new wife
I hope he meets a “special friend” in prison that forces him to do things he never dreamed possible!
btw…tiredofRI, I totally support your reward for this poor excuse for a human being.
Why do these discussions of horrible abuse inflicted on children degenerate into the bashing of particular cities? That has little bearing on it, and matters none to the child I assure you. Do you really think that children never get abused in more affluent areas? Nah, you just don’t hear about it as much.
and you though the land fill had garbage pawtucket is full of it FRY HIM
disgusting. how could anyone look at a child/baby in that way. No excuse for that kind of behavior. But ofcourse the system will label him as mentally ill. When he is actually an A-hole. He knew what he was doing.
Again I say warm up the banana boat and ship him back. Then torpedo it half way across the ocean.
Cut it off and super glue it in his mouth.
what a gnikcuf sicko, what does one see in a 4 month old child? Just when you thought you heard it all someone comes along and takes the cake. Fry this guy.
