Police identify victim of Coventry crash

COVENTRY, R.I. – Police said a 35-year-old Johnston woman was killed in a crash between a motorcycle and an SUV.

The crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday on Flat River Road in Coventry.

Police said Stephanie Greenhalgh, a passenger on the motorcycle, was killed.  Her husband, James Greenhalgh, also 35, was driving the bike.  He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the SUV, Alecia Keegan, 40, of North Kingstown, faces several alcohol-related charges. She was being held on a $15,000 bond.
