Champions in Action alumni got to meet the two newest members of the organization Thursday.

A morning breakfast was held at the NBC10 studios in Cranston to introduce officials from the Aspire Program and the Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center.

Every three months, Champions in Action honors a Rhode Island non-profit organization that works to address a specific social concern. 

Organizations that are chosen receive a $25,000 contribution and volunteer support from both Citizens Bank and NBC 10
