Dear Tiverton Residents,
My family and I have been visiting the Sakonnet Tiverton area for the past forty years from Massachusetts. It may not seen noteworthy to you but we have always loved coming to your area and visiting the shops and restaurants such as Evelyn’s, Sakonnet Purls, Grays’ Ice Cream and others. We have attended church bazaars, bought plants and flowers from local stands as well as corn, tomatoes, blueberries and yummy pies.
The lovely people of Sakonnet Purls have assisted me in many ways over the years. Maureen’s gorgeous knitting patterns, Sakonnet Purls courteous service in mailing me yarn when I couldn’t get out last winter, their professional and outstanding kindnesses to customers, near and far and more than that their friendship has endeared this one of a kind knitting shop to me.
Please do whatever it takes to enable these beautiful people to stay in business as long as they desire with all complaints resolved.
I’m hoping that the residents of Tiverton will go to bat for this remarkable and much loved yarn shop.
Sincerely,
Debbie Furtado
Massachusetts
